Thunderbird was not running when request issues. If TB is alreading running,
the empty window does not appear, and error message text is different.
SUMMARY
Send by mail to Thunderbird results in error.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set thunderbird.exe as the target program in "Welcome to Email" tool
2. next, next
OBSERVED RESULT
"Error occured while creating a message composition window"
EXPECTED RESULT
populated email
