ok, then we should point to this conf file in the documentation page
and complete the list
notice: the 2 failing tools are in the "request scope" list: perhaps the failre
has to do with this scope
perhaps Doxia SiteRenderer doesn't use Velocity ToolManager in the proper way
for example, IIUC, the template is reparsed fo every merge of a document into
decoration: I suppose parsed template should be reused
I'm sure there is room for improvement here
