I am +1 to improving documentation
but what do you mean by "{{ToolManager}} is available in the context"? I'm not
a Velocity expert, but AFAIK, it's not in the context: it's used to create the
context, and I don't know how this information can be used from an end-user
point of view.
I already documented every tool created by the {{ToolManager}} (without saying
it came from default {{ToolManager}}): see
