(we need `micromamba` to pull Faiss libraries from Conda, as a faster alternative to `miniconda`, `miniforge`, etc). It can be done from `Settings > Code and automation > Actions > General > Actions permissions` +1 for this, but I don't think I have karma for it (I don't see the Settings tab for `apache/lucene` repo) -- I'm not sure who does? @dweiss maybe?
