also dropping the postings reuse is going to cause big performance degradation for many situations. For example with NIOFSDirectory, new postings reader means indexinput.clone() calls, buffer refills, etc etc. It translates into real I/O But the reuse isn't dropped in all cases, and we're still putting "reused enums" into things like PQs.
