   So when two planes intersect over a broad area (e.g. they are truly 
identical within the resolution we have), the logic for intersection cannot 
determine a precise point of intersection.
   
   The solution is unclear.  It's not correct to assume that the intersection 
exists, and it's not correct to deny the possibility that it exists.
