Just posted a PR for a new facet counting implementation as discussed here. I
didn't go so far as to mark {{SortedSetDocValueFacetCounts}} as {{deprecated}}
at this point, thinking there may still be some use-cases for "packing"
multiple "dimensions" into one field (like the taxonomy-based approach) while
not requiring a taxonomy index.
