Thanks for catching these. There is a separate Jira SOLR-15177 for handling
refguide and javadoc since it needs to be moved from the lucene space. Think
we'll have to do some surgery after the initial release of the site. Or better,
link to the lucene.apache.org domain until it is moved.
The same will be for git instructions - until the code is moved to solr.git
we'd have to refer users to lucene-solr.git ?
