In fact, the green section is dynamic, and will link to the latest news item, but only if that item is less than 60 days old. [~ctargett] I know this green (code 'lightgreen') is not anywhere in our styleguide, but I tried both white and orange, but felt they do not stand out. If you have another suggestion for styling / colors, please chime in.
