One additional thought: if we're trying to abstract our ZK usage, perhaps we
should not be naming this new API {{/api/cluster/zk}} (apart from the fact that
it looks like another word that starts with cluster and ends with k ;) )?
Perhaps use {{/api/cluster/distribState}} or something like that?
