Added a simple patch to the index.xsl files that generate index.html for the
documentation, so that the links will point to javadoc.io instead of assuming
the javadoc folders are pushed to the lucene site. The other part that needs to
be done is simply to update release docs and scripts to make sure we do NOT
copy those *13.615* javadoc html files to our website during a release. This
will likely make the release process faster too!
