Our javadocs looks quite plain and stock.
Comparing [http://lucene.apache.org/solr/8_2_0/solr-core/index.html] with
[https://www.javadoc.io/doc/org.apache.solr/solr-core/8.2.0/index.html] I like
the javadocs.io version better as it allows you to navigate between versions,
download javadocs jar, move between modules (solr-core, solr-cell etc) from the
javadoc page itself etc. I can attempt a patch that generates links to
javadoc.io instead of actually placing the javadocs html files for upload.
