The +/// cache lives as long as the storage that owns it (clones share it) and +/// never evicts, so the storage must not be used from another runtime once +/// the building one is dropped: `hdfs-native` panics on a dead runtime. +#[derive(Clone, Debug, Default)] +pub struct HdfsNativeOperatorCache(Arc<RwLock<HashMap<String, Operator>>>); Review Comment: Fixed rather than documented. tokio's runtime id is unstable, so the cache tracks liveness instead: each entry parks a tiny sentinel task on the runtime that built it and keeps a `Weak` to a token the task owns; once that runtime is gone the token dies, the entry reads as stale and the operator is rebuilt on the current runtime. Sentinels are aborted when entries drop, so nothing accumulates. Covered by a unit test for both runtime flavors, a task-count test, and `tests/hdfs_native_runtime_test.rs`, which reuses a `FileIO` from a second runtime after the first is dropped; that test panics on the old cache and passes now. Public API is unchanged. Lands with the next push. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
