after discussing internally with @mxm , we have come to an agreement, whereby this PR will include the least amount of changes needed so that we can upgrade the flink dependencies and have green unit tests. However, I've found that some unit tests in `TestIcebergCommitter` are actually redundant and could be refactored to simplify them, so I will be following up with a PR to achieve this. cc: @pvary Thanks! -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
