In other words, compilation does not clear away license obligations. I have a different read according to that https://infra.apache.org/licensing-howto.html#bundled-vs-non-bundled as we are talking about bundle dependencies. However, it's valid for 4c and 4d from the ALv2. I think the Iceberg runtime and bundle are not correct in this regard.
