   I have a different read according to that 
https://infra.apache.org/licensing-howto.html#bundled-vs-non-bundled as we are 
talking about bundle dependencies. However, it's valid for 4c and 4d from the 
ALv2.
   
   I think the Iceberg runtime and bundle are not correct in this regard. Also, 
the same apply to dependency ASF projets (different between NOTICE in source 
distribution and NOTICE in jar files).
