Your assumption is correct. The main issue is the colo organization is a non-profit legal entity, which has special meaning and requirements under US tax law. They are going to double check with a lawyer, but the preliminary and most likely answer is "no". >What if all revenue from adsence at your site will go straight to them? Doesn't help.
