You should be able to insert the AdSense markup into your MHonArc resource files. Therefore, after the change, newly generated pages will contain the markup. You can then, at your leisure, determine what you want to do with older pages. You could decide to do nothing. Note, from a maintenance perspective and you seriously consider using AdSense, you may want to ask Google how stable the AdSense markup you will insert is. I.e. What is the change that Google may make changes to the markup and require users to update the markup on users' pages.
