Hi, This is a draft proof of concept and will need some tweaks. The scores are only suggestions and must be adjusted by people with real insight into the project.
- Community Building – The score does include “New PPMC / Committers.” - Releases & Process Alignment – It shows a score of 2, but there is no count yet for any general release votes. That’s a minor issue; it should be greater than 2 on the first line. - Mentor Support & Guidance – The “2” reflects the mentor sign-off rate, which is a good proxy for whether a podling is on track to graduate. - Sustainability & Risks – The “vendor” count is not currently measured. It isn’t easy to track, as only about 50% of people fill in their GitHub affiliation data. Human judgment is needed here. Finally, please note that the clutch analysis (https://incubator.apache.org/clutch/) serves a different purpose and isn’t suitable for this use case.
