1. Off the top the Community Building score does not include “New PPMC /
Committers”
2. Releases & Process Alignment gives a score of 2, but there is not yet a
count for any general@ release votes.
3. Mentor Support & Guidance. What activity gives a 2?
4. Sustainability & Risks - how is “vendor” count measured?
It would be good if the code would prefer Incubator resources like
podlings.xml+clutch analysis vs whimsy json derivations. (Whimsy is essentially
a single developer and small PMC)
