Hi, The graduation discussion for Apache Training (Incubating) has raised some concerns, but I believe those have been addressed effectively.
I would now like to call for a vote on whether Apache Training (Incubating) should graduate to Top-Level Project status. Apache Training entered the Apache Incubator in February 2019 and has since created over 20 training materials. While the project is relatively small, it has a committed core group focused on its continued growth. Apache Training has also been exploring new projects, such as the development of official ASF digital badges. The project has made releases, though this is not its primary focus, and has contributed by creating slide templates for multiple ApacheCon and Code of Conduct events. It has also hosted and developed training material for numerous ASF projects. Many of those involved in the project are ASF members, directors, or former directors who have a deep understanding of ASF principles. So it's time to vote!
