I’m a member of both the Incubator PMC and the OpenOffice PMC.

While very intriguing this proposal seems to have non-starters for an ASF 
project while also needing to be sponsored by the OpenOffice PMC.

You will get a lot of feedback, but I think a “Zoom” meeting for your education 
is quite necessary as there appears to be a lot you need to know about the ASF.
