Hi,

If you are referring to Andrew, he has recently contributed to the project and
expressed interest in joining the PMC. Other projects have done this in the
past, and I can find examples. Apache Reef comes to mind, but I’d need to
double-check. If you prefer, we can instead vote to add him to the PPMC before
graduation.

While the community is small, it continues to provide a useful service, and
remaining in the Incubator offers no additional benefit at this point.

Recent activity includes the development of a badging system, the creation of a
new Community over Code slide template, and new training slide decks. We’ve
also had interest from potential new contributors. Given this, I don’t see the
project heading to the Attic in the near future.

As I mentioned earlier, there is precedent for including someone directly in
the proposed PMC at graduation.

Kind Regards,
Justin
