While it may be true that IPMC members were aware of the effort, the IPMC itself was not. This is a rogue effort without any backing from the IPMC or the Foundation.
Nothing in this "quiz" or "badge" is supported by the Foundation. The content might be extracted from Foundation material, but this presentation is not from the Foundation.
