ALL: The email from Justin (below) was sent without authorization from the Apache Incubator PMC, nor the Trademarks group, nor the Board.
This "ASF Incubator" quiz and badge are not part of Apache. There was zero discussion among the IPMC about this. Third parties can certainly create such content, but they cannot imply assent from the Apache Incubator PMC or the Apache Software Foundation. When such an email state "I will" from a person who is the VP of the Apache Incubator, and a Director of the Foundation, this necessarily creates difficulty in separating the person from the Foundation. .. in this case, it is a person: Justin. This process is not part of the Foundation, nor the Apache Incubator. Sorry for the confusion.
