Hi Hung, To me, the main issues are: 1. The lack of ASF Incubator PMC members who are interested in mentoring this project. We typically require at least 3 mentors. 2. The license change depends on whether you have the permission from previous contributors to change the license. I think more work is needed to work this out. 3. There has also been some concern raised about the slowdown in commit activity in the git repo.
What I would suggest is that you work on changing the license to ASL and come back to us later and we can re-review if SAFplus is then in a good position to join the ASF Incubator.
