We need a bit more than that. Can we see where all of the contribitors have agreed to this? As a first step, can you supply a list of all contributors and whether they were employed by OpenClovis? As PJ said, we also need to know if they signed CLAs or not. If someone contributed, and the CLA doesn’t transfer the copyright, then we would need to ask them if they are OK with this license change happening to their code.
