Hi Hung,
Could you clarify the position regarding changing the license? This
will require that previous code contributors will need to agree to the
license change. If they have signed CLAs with OpenClovis or have/had
employment contracts with OpenClovis, then those people can be assumed
to have given the copyright for their contributions to OpenClovis
(depending on the wording of the CLA or employment contracts, as
applicable).
