yes, it just adds, no rename nor delete:
it sufficient for the time we need to still publish to svn as a transition
with https://github.com/apache/attic/pull/1 that will enable site publication
directly from GitHub + GitHub Action, the only remaining updates are cwiki
flags https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/attic/site/cwiki_retired/
no real rename nor delete (unless we mistakenly commit something: we'll remove
by hand)
