Attic Git repository created https://github.com/apache/attic
GitHub action enabled to build and push website result to asf-site branch:
https://github.com/apache/attic/tree/asf-site
{{sync-to-legacy-svn.sh}} script permits easy sync to legacy svn, to let us
time to update flags read from svn like cwiki or tlp_server
once we are fine, we can activate website publishing from Git asf-site branch
using .asf.yaml

and de-activate buildbot that builds and copy from xdocs to docs
