Yep, I also like the idea of being able to have a graphical pin being able to become multiple real pins.
so a pin with the following attributes bus=addr[0-23],data[0-15],r/wn pinnumber=a22,b22,a21,b21 ....... should align and the drc would check to see that the number of pins matches the number of nets.
