I think most people understand that a dinosaur-killer isn't going to hit 
the Earth if the end of July time-frame isn't met due to last-minute major 
bugs.  Given the hard goal announcement, we should be okay in the event of 
final release slippage of _short-term_ duration.  Obviously zero slippage 
would be better; just don't believe in jinxes.

Current plan is to pick back up testing of HIMEM and EMM386, including 
possible  NTFS4DOS workarounds or GEM problem testing,  around the 7th to 
be readied prior to the 14th date of soft/internal release, allowing the 
final two weeks in case of other problems.  I simply don't have the time to 
give the schedule additional slack.
