I've had this video for a few years and I don't buy it as a fake. Quite apart from the fact that it was obviously set up for filming, I've done a lot of photography and a lot of CGI and everything about it. from the detail and operation of the flaps & spoilers, the spray and smoke from the nose wheels and especially perspective effects, with it passing behind a tower at the beginning of the sequence is consistant with a real 737 being brought in for a deliberate trashing.
