I've had this video for a few years and I don't buy it as a fake.  Quite apart 
from the fact that it was obviously set up for filming, I've done a lot of 
photography and a lot of CGI and everything about it. from the detail and 
operation of the flaps & spoilers, the spray and smoke from the nose wheels 
and especially perspective effects, with it passing behind a tower at the 
beginning of the sequence is consistant with a real 737 being brought in for 
a deliberate trashing.
