Technically, you aren't supposed to flare a DC-9 at touch down.  It is
supposed to fly into ground effect and basically flare itself.  But maybe
this wasn't a DC-9 ...

Don't ask me how to start the engines and get any of the systems running,
but I know you give it two blips of up trim when you enter a standard rate
turn and you don't flare it on landing.
