So at first I thought it was an issue with my netbook, but then I installed
LXDE and it works as expected.

Basically when I suspend from E17 it refuses to come back out of suspend.
Opening the laptop doesn't work, pressing keys doesn't work.

The only thing it responds to is pressing the power button (which shuts the
system down).

Is there anything special I have to do to let E17 wake up my computer after
it suspends?
