That's what the docs say anyway...but GLX stays disabled here. :( xdpyinfo shows two copies of NV-GLX but no plain GLX. Without Composite I have them both. Several of my apps won't start if I have the Composite extension enabled in xorg.conf [1], so until I figure out a work-around I think I'll have Composite turned off.
