I'm sure there are a LOT of us still using e16. :)

I believe I may have hit one, but I'm not quite sure how to describe it
briefly. Here is the narrative version:

I installed 0.16.8 (code current to 2004/12/29 00:15:31) after upgrading to
imlib2 from cvs (imlib2-config --version says 1.2.0). Compile and install went
well (except po.bg wouldn't build, and config.in in edox-data
needed enlightenment changed to e16).

I wanted to tryout the new system tray functionality, and loaded the system
tray plugin to sylpheed-claws. I now realize there is a bug in using
sylpheed-claws-GTK2 builds with the GTK1 systray plugin, but anyway...

Sylpheed hung, I tried to close it, then kill it, then I kill -9'd it. ps
showed that it was no longer running, but unfortunately e16 still saw it. I
could still move the dead window around, eesh still showed it in the wl
command, etc.

Restarting E (ctrl-alt-end) cleared it away though.

Speaking of needing to restart E, when I was editing my menus, it seemed that
E no longer automatically reread changed menus, or the delay was greatly
increased, 10 seconds after a save and the menu still showed the unedited
version. I had to restart E to see the new (sub)menus.

Nice. And less characters to type. :)

What exactly does composite do? I haven't seen much difference with it on or
off.

I need to figure out some app I can test this with, I've lived without a
systray for so long, I don't know what apps use it. Thanks for adding it
though! :-)
