Martin, regarding your comment about Python (or let's say - bash parsing) of 
params - 
"Despite the fact, that arguments will be defined on two places" - but this is 
the current situation.
You read params from bash, and pass them to java.
You need to pass *something* to the java code. why does it matter if what you 
pass is already parsed/normalized in some way?  Maybe I'm missing here 
something.
