Patch Set 4: Verified; Looks good to me, but someone else must approve Used ipython to verify. Imported engine-upgrade as a module. Run packageInstalled; verified that providing installed package returns True; providing a not installed package returns False. Run packageAvailable and verified that providing an available and not installed package returns True; providing a non-available or installed package returns False. Run depListForRemoval and verified with few different packages sets (with one package and multiple packages).
