Published chapter
The filename is changed to IG7006-FormattingGraphicObjects.odt and is place in
the Published folder.
Files from the second draft of the chapter, that is 01, are place in the
Archive folder.
The Archive folder would then contain a history of the development of a chapter
and referred to enough necessary.
I realise that this would mean a change to the Contributors' Guide, Also,
contributors must strictly follow the regime of file naming.

I have to update the Contributors' Guide for the change in the NextCloud
folder structure and if Peter's proposal is accepted I can (with Peter's
approval) include this as part of that update.
