I was the owner of this Change:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Fix_limitations_in_gpgverify

First, the absence of conversion from wiki source code to email made the
email announcement hard to read. Then Discourse didn't send me email,
so it took a question in Pagure to notify me that I needed to reply to
a comment in Discourse. Later there was some confusion about voting
because a post here in the mailing list wasn't visible in Pagure. Two
of the three tracker issues are still open, and I don't know who was
supposed to have closed them, or when.

One way to try to solve those problems is to force everybody into the
same silo. It's not a great solution. Different people prefer different
programs. It would be better if issue trackers and discussion fora could
communicate with each other. That's not an easy fix.
