I guess we can create a packager-tools namespace then that's separate
from the FPC's namespace? We already have packager-tools on Gitlab
(https://gitlab.com/fedora/packager-tools) for this purpose, so there's
precedent. I would like to move fedrq and the forge macros upstream to
Forge, and I assume there's other packager tooling currently on Pagure
that also needs a new home.
