For fedora-review, I started a discussion here https://pagure.io/FedoraReview/issue/539, hoping it would be more straightforward.

Personally, I wanted to move the project to GitHub, but forge.fedoraproject.org <http://forge.fedoraproject.org> seems to be preferred by others. I am not against this but what concerns me is CI. I've heard rumors that action runners might not be available on that instance, which would really be a -1 from me. Can anyone please clarify what the actual situation is?
We have played around with the Forgejo actions, and it somewhat works, you just need to be really patient with it when initially setting it up. If you only need it to run pytest and simple linux commands it works out of the box once you get the runner (just need to request it per organization). More complex usage that rely on the Forgejo-Github actions is where things get tricky.
