For fedora-review, I started a discussion here
https://pagure.io/FedoraReview/issue/539, hoping it would be more
straightforward.

Personally, I wanted to move the project to GitHub, but
forge.fedoraproject.org seems to be preferred by others. I am not against
this but what concerns me is CI. I've heard rumors that action runners
might not be available on that instance, which would really be a -1 from
me. Can anyone please clarify what the actual situation is?
