You could try OCCT. It is a stress test which has Free version and simple GUI.

Can't vouch for its effectiveness though, because in many cases it won't solve anything, just give you more clues to make more accurate diagnosis, with additional help from EventLog and Crashdump analysis.
If it's a hardware issue, you won't fix it remotely.
