Take a look at https://www.passmark.com/

I couldn't find a link from the front page but
  https://www.passmark.com/products/diskcheckup/
gets you to the smartmontool like thing and

  https://www.memtest86.com/
is the boot from a USB drive to test memory program

diskcheckup is a _very_ simple point & click UI
I haven't used memtest is years.. but I remember it being easy enough
to fire off every test and come back hours later to see the results.
clamav is an anti-virus - yes? Microsoft has their own anti-virus thing. Try
  Start / Windows Security
  Virus & threat protection
which has a Quick Scan button and a 'Scan options' link where you can
tell it to do a full scan -- that warns that it could take more than
an hour.
I have a vague memory of doing a full scan once & it taking way more
than an hour :(
