I know a lesbian, she worked for a church kindergarten, a regular job, but she needed to hide her relationship with another women, otherwise they would have fired her. If other employers would fire gay people in Germany, they would run into serious trouble, it's the church only who is allowed to violate the law that much. Some religions in Germany are allowed to mutilate genitals of male babies and young boys. Try to do this, if you are not member of such a religion in Germany.
