I was not aware before this discussion that this might be expected. As Ahmad Khalifa I would have considered nagging. And I wouldn't nag a maintainer that doesn't even have time to check MRs. >From my workplace experience I expected everyone to use Gitlab as a frontend and more importantly (as on Github) MRs an expected way of communication. So if MRs are not an expected way of communication it makes sense to disable them. Sincerely, Joachim
