Here you can ask questions about packaging and infrastructure projects as well as other developer-related issues. Please note that this list is meant for new contributors, not users."
Inversely this also means that potential mentors should be on that list. Adding more places to track isn't necessarily useful and in worst case counterproductive for both mentors and mentees.
