What is your intention behind this statement? Debian Developers go through great care and spend a tremendous amount of personal time and energy to reach decisions within the project. And, while not all of us are always happy with every decision, such is the nature of reaching consensus, and overall it's far better than the alternative (not getting any decisions made at all), so I find it a bit disingenuous that someone would find it either disgusting or inconsiderate.
