The problem may have been caused by a race condition fixed in our experimental builds. In case you happen to get that one again before we have properly resolved that in our official packages, just retry. The NFSROOT upgrade problem must have been caused by not fixing /etc/fai/apt/sources.list and/or a missing NFSROOT rebuild (note that simply upgrading your packages on the server does not trigger a rebuild of the NFSROOT).
